Performance support sessions provide skills and techniques that enhance confidence, stage presence, and ease with any size group, from colleagues with coffee to breakout sessions and conference halls. If you were one of those kids who had a trunk of costumes, a collection of recordings, and a troupe of friends to put on shows, you may wonder why so few meeting facilitators, academic presenters, and group leaders fail to understand the dynamics between an audience and the person at the dais or onstage.
